Shipping FAQ
1. How Long Does Processing Take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Times & Methods
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Cairo & Giza: 2–5 business days
- Other Governorates: 4–7 business days
3. Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 2500 EGP. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat shipping fee at checkout based on your selected method.
4. Can I Track My Order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch, or feel free to contact our customer support team.
5. What If My Package Is Lost or Delayed?
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if you believe your package is lost, please reach out to us at info@luckytucky.store with your order number. We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Can I Change My Shipping Address?
Address changes can only be made before your order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately at info@luckytucky.store or call us at 01155045756 if you need to update your delivery details. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
7. What Happens If I'm Not Home for Delivery?
If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will typically leave a notice and attempt redelivery. If two delivery attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Please follow the instructions on the carrier's notice to arrange collection or schedule a new delivery time.
