1. 14-Day Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or an exchange.
2. Condition Guidelines
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- With all original tags and packaging intact.
- Free from any stains, odors, or pet hair.
Hygiene Note: For the safety of all our customers, items such as underwear, opened socks, and swimwear (without the hygiene seal) cannot be returned.
3. How to Start Your Return
Please email us at info@luckytucky.store with your order number. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your package.
4. Shipping Costs
- Refunds: A return shipping fee (based on your location) will be deducted from your refund.
- Faulty Items: If we made a mistake or the item is damaged, we cover all shipping costs.

5. Refunds
